Ordered the chicken hard shell tacos with white rice, tomatos, black beans, sour cream, guacamole, cheese, lettuce with the red and green salsa. Ate most of one taco around 3 pm. Woke up several times during the night with cramps and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

On Saturday I got a sofritas bowl with brown rice, mild salsa, sour cream, lettuce and cheese. Got diarrhea 2 hours later. Next day vomiting and diaherra. Monday I had to go to doctor from being dehydrated. I'm still nauseous today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
