On 04/15/2022 at approximately 230 Pm my husband
Ordered a Hickory cheeseburger and onion rings, chocolate shake. Ate the food within 30 minutes became nauseous. Stomach discomfort. By the evening violent vomiting and dry heaves. I had a mango limeade  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
