Bacon cheeseburger with fries and onion rings (all Value items) at 5:30pm. By 7:00 I was nauseous , then cramping. Painful diarrhea started around 8 went on throughout the night. Still sick at noon the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps

Ate Texas Double Whopper with Onion Rings during my break at work. An hr later I started feeling nausea. Had to leave work. Threw up on my way home. Had a hot dog and a polish here with relish, onion, mustard, deli mustard, and ketchup. Also had a Pepsi and a Sierra Mist drink. Got sick after that.
