My son ate at Panera Solon at 1:00 today, and at 9:30 he started vomiting. He had the Steak and White Cheddar Panini, and was the only one in the group to eat that. Do not order that menu item. Dangerous. Poison. Vomiting uncontrollably.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Pick up food Tuesday night 11/ 14 @ 5:15 . 12 am Wednesday morning , Family started vomiting , fever ,dairrhea .Symptoms persisted till Thursday morning .

I bought a spinach Fontina panini 3 hours later I had severe vomiting diarrhea and could not get off the toilet felt like it was almost hard to breathe I was on the verge of dialing 911 luckily the pain slowly subsided still 24 hours later stomach is severely hurting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
