Over these past 2 weeks . Jiffy peanut butter from Cub’s foods located in Freeport Illinois 61032 I am still very sick and weak and tired and zero appetite

About 2: weeks ago. It happened after eating a jif peanut butter sandwich I was also poisoned by eating lucky charms cereal. I'm diabetic and couldn't eat for 4 days and not shooting insulin for 4 days...I have heart failure and caused extreme sickness due to not being able to take my med  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
