Ate 1/4 of the pizza around 7 o clock at night and by 8:30 I was on the toilet with terrible stomach cramps, gas, and diarrhea. Felt fluttering in my intestines as well. Couldn’t sleep all night. Ordered a Mexican Pizza on 5/24. It tasted weird but I hadn't eaten one in a while so I disregarded it. By the time I got halfway through I was so nauseated I had to go home from work. Day 3 and I am still taking Zofran and can't eat.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

My mom and I both had the same pizza but she had veggie toppings and I had pepperoni. I was the only one to feel ill so I am assuming the pepperoni caused me to have symptoms. I felt sick immediately after eating the pizza.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
