11:30pm 12/11/16 ate a Beef & Cheese Quesadilla. By 3:00am I started with extremely painful abdominal pain which escalated to vomitting my entire stomach content. I feel like a truck hit me. Went to Chipotle last night about 5:30pm. I got a chicken quesadilla and my husband got a chicken burrito bowl. At midnight I woke up and had diarrhea and vomiting.
