I purchased a pre made chicken chef salad and when extremely sick with vomiting and fever, I could not keep food down since August 8 2018. Ended getting dehydrated and really weak . I was the only one who purchased the salad. I was sick in less than 6-7 hrs  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Dehydration, Weakness

we went to longhorns to eat and she had a salad and the shrimp skewer. Aftrr finishing our meal we left in a car. About 10-15 mins. later she starts throwing up and getting hot. I speculate that this is the effect of the food because of how close we ate and how fast she got sick  | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting

Shared a roasted beet salad with goat cheese with my husband on Tuesday. Wednesday in the middle of the night woke up with severe vomiting. On Thursday morning I woke up with endless amounts of diarrhea. We both had fevers. On Day 4 husband stopped vomiting I still have diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
