I ordered a salad with a piece of chicken. Soon after I got home, I couldn't stop puking. I'm very upset to report this. Since I enjoyed your food in the past. This is definitely going to ruin that for me. Never going back.

Firday afternoon I had a small salad with washed bagged lettuce from Mexico and rice&beans. I started getting bloated, indigestion, abd cramps, and nauseus. At 5:30 I was vomiting. I vomited and had diaarhea until around 10 pm. Awful  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloating, Indigestion

Lunch on 7/27/16. Had Sante Fe Chicken Salad. By 4 Pm was in an ambulance on way to hospital. Massive sweating , diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and I passed out. After 4 days in hospital I am home.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Watermelon, feta, arugula salad. Felt very, very bad about 3 hours later. Extreme nausea and full body discomfort. After vomiting for about 5 minutes straight (all salad and water) I felt much better. I guess the water could also have been the culprit, but seems less likely.
