Got two footling subs, all American and a pizza sub, the "artist" didn't seem to be very happy about me adding extra cheese. Seemed to be upset that I wanted to get food. Had that for dinner and when I woke up got it from both ends. Think I'm fully done with them.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Purchased an Italian sub from here on Creedmoor Rd in Raleigh and within 12 hours had diarrhea, vomiting and fever. The next day I was extremely fatigued but did not have any stomach issues. Wondering if it was the lettuce.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Fatigue
