Last night of vacation ate at blaze restaurant . Ordered ribeye and the wedge salad . Pretty sure wedge salad was the culprit as another friend ate it too and also got diarrhea. Had light dinner of wedge salad and lobster bisque. Within an hour experienced severe cramping and diarrhea. Passed out and had to go to emergency room. Severe cramping was treated with Bentyl. Had to delay return trip home.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
