Ate a chicken burrito with extra chicken. No rice. Black beans. Tomato salsa. Cheese.

Ate the food at around 3pm. Painful stomach ache and diarrhea at 10:30pm  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I had a vegetarian burrito with white rice, black beans, fajitas, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, mild salsa, cheese and a couple bites of my daughter's quesadilla.We also shared chips/guac. I have thrown up 3 times and feel nauseous.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
