We ordered food online i picked up a bowl with brown rice, chicken, lettuce, avocado, black beans cheese and salsa with cream, after finishing my meal I immediately got sick with diarrhea and nausea iv been in and out the bathroom for 5 hours now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
