At night I got a salad with lettuce, brown rice, black beans, sofritas, and mild salsa. The morning after, I had a very bad headache and stomach pain (vomiting as well). I threw up 3 times in the morning and am still left with a throbbing headache.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain

I had a steak salad bowl with veggie toppings. After, an hour of finishing my food. I had the runs from 4pm-2 am. The next day, I woke up twice in the morning because I had the runs. My stomach is in so much pain right now and it’s 11:02 pm.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I ate a sofrita bowl with brown rice, black beans, mild and corn salsa, guacamole, and lettuce for dinner. Later that night, my stomach didn't feel good and threw up. After over 24 hours of throwing up and uncontrollable diarrhea, I recovered.
