I visited this chipotle on 3/13. Ate hardshell tacos with chicken, white rice, lettuce, sour cream, medium salsa, and cheese. Became violently ill 8-10 hours later. My 5yr old daughter had a bowl with beans and lettuce and few hours later was complaining of major stomach pain and immediately started vomiting.
