I ordered a bowl with chicken , black beans , brown rice , lettuce , hot sauce on the 30th of August 2017 . Later on that day was feeling terrible, I threw up constantly , was in pain for a whole day and then had diarrhea for two days straight .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

New Philadelphia Ohio Chipotle. I ordered a veggie bowl. It had white rice, corn salsa, both beans black and brown, sour cream, shredded cheese and shredded lettuce at 11:30am.
