- comments: observed the rear dish/prep handwashing sink not accessible for use. Sinks faucet was covered with a plastic bag and unable to use. Instructed to make the sink accessible for use, remove bag
and provide hot and cold running water that properly drains, soap and paper towels. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.
