I switched to Starbucks because Macs iced coffee is lame,then one morning i went back to Mac's ordered a Sausage Mcmuffin combo but soon after became sick with diarrhea and nausea .I thought i had the stomach flu but figured it out to not eat at Macs breakfast .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

So I ate a fillet and fries at about 1pm. I got nauseous straight after and laid down. I felt nauseous all day. Felt a temp around 5pm. Stayed rest of the day. It’s now 12 midnight and I have been vomiting and have a upset stomach  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
