I ate with my family at Blaze Pizza on Saturday May 04, and on Sunday May 05 I was in the hospital with food poisoning. I had a fever, was nauseated, diarrhea every 30-40 minutes and was vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate the whole pizza for lunch, which was more than usual. I wasn't able to pass the food, urine or gas. I don't get constipations, but my digestive tract had completely stopped. I was extremely nauseated, drowsy and cold. I eventually had watery stool during the night.… See more

Woke up this morning with all the classic symptoms of food poisoning. Cannot be certain it was due to undercooked pizza but it was the only meal I ate yesterday.
