I ate shrimp scampi at CPK at Atlantic Station about 7:45 pm. By 3:30 am I had begun with throwing up of the shrimp scampi and diareahha. I am still sick from it the next day!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered take out to support MMS Orchestra fundraiser. I ate Kung Pao Spaghetti with chicken and shrimp. I had to use the bathroom about an hour later. The next morning (7 hours later) I had stomach cramping and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
