We went to Chick fil A on Tuesday evening, May 2nd, got food poisoning.
older daughter got high fever and chills, little one won't stop vomiting. Husband has persistent diarrhea.
Children had kids meal with chicken nuggets, husband ate chicken strips meal.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Diarrhea
