I had a steak burrito bowl with hot sauce, sour cream and brown rice. They were switching the tub of the containers to the brown rice and the steak at the time.

Few hours later I had the symptoms reported and had to miss work.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Itching

I had a chicken bowl with guacamole, corn, mild salsa, cheese, and lettuce for lunch on Dec 30th. Woke up on the 31st with diarrhea that quickly turned into extreme vomiting and diarrhea that lasted all day long. Ended up needing to get an IV to keep fluids in  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate the tacos that had steak lettuce and cheese. My body got real shaky and weak I became very nauseated diarrhea and got a pounding migraine this happened about 3-5 hours after I initially ate the tacos   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Body Ache, Migraine
