Yesterday I ate a salad ( lettuce always seems to be recalled so I should honestly probably stop eating it) and within hours, after not eating anything else, I was having severe vomiting and diarrhea. I got sick so many times that it gave me severe dehydration and I even fainted twice.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration

I ordered a bean and rice burrito, no meat. About three hours after eating it I became very ill, I ate it around 8pm. Since 11pm to now which is 5:30am, I have had diarrhea 8 times and thrown up 4-5 times. Chills won’t stop.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
