I ate a bowl with chicken and brown rice, cheese, lettuce, red salsa, and pico de gallo yesterday for lunch (3pm).

I woke up today throwing up and with diarrhea, not to mention a nasty stomach ache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
