Grabbed a quick chicken tostada at chipotle in camarillo, ca. I started feeling sick and i seriously thought i was dying. i actually fainted trying to get to the toilet, fell and hit my head and passed out. I ate a burrito bowl, with white rice, pinto beans, fajita vegetables, steak, sour cream, cheese, and corn salsa. I was mid eating the bowl, and immediately got extreme stomach cramps which resulted in instant diarrhea and vomiting for hours. I usually love going to that chipotle… See more

It was a few months ago, I went in to get a veggie burrito and took it to eat it on the car. It wasn't inmediate but the next day I was having diarrhea and nausea for most of the day. I haven't felt this sick in a long time.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Sofritas burrito bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, corn and lettuce. No guacamole or salsa. Ate on 2/13 around 1:30 pm. Got sick around 6:00 pm. Vomiting, sweats, stomach pain and no sleep.
