On 12/9 around 5:45pm my daughter and I shared a chicken bowl (brown rice, black beans, chicken, tomato salsa, corn salsa, cheese, lettuce, sour cream). We both became ill about 4 hours later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

At lunch at chipotle at around 1pm on on December 4, 2017. Hours later I was on the toilet . It lasted for 5 days and I’m still not the same. Missed days of work. My wife had something else and was fine. It had to have been the chicken!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Burrito with carnitas, brown rice, black beans, corn, cheese, lettuce, pico, hot salsa and sour cream. This was the first time I'd eaten out in weeks. Delicious going down, but 10 hours later I was vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
