I ate a burrito bowl on Monday for lunch and by Tuesday morning I had a severe stomach ache. I was in pain all day and had to go to bed early to get relief. DIARRHEA FOR A WEEK. had to go to the emergency room. Happened after eating steak bowl at chipotle. Ate it for lunch, symptoms started that night.
