Started feeling sick an hour after and had feeling of a urinary tract infection a couple hours later. Painful. Diarrhea and UTI for two days. Finally went to doctor. Confirmed and now I am on cipro.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I recently ate and steak bowl and my boyfriend got the same. Few hours later he is sick with vomiting and diarrhea. The next day i have sever e abdominal cramping, diarrhea and dizzness. Stuck on the toilet for an hour  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Dizziness
