I had a chicken burrito with white rice, lettuce, mild salsa, sour cream and cheese. 12 hours of extreme cramping, muscle aches, and diarrhea. Bowl from there Bowl containing cauliflower rice, black beans, corn salsa with guacamole on the side. Symptoms started 15-30 minutes after the meal with an excruciating headache which progressed to stomach cramps , muscle aches, vomiting and diarrhea that lasted for 24 hours.

Friday 05/21/21. Ate a barbacoa burrito from there for dinner about 6pm, everything was coming out 3 hours later and continued every 90 minutes until late Saturday night.
