I had a steak bowl with white rice, black beans, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole on 2/19/19 @ 7:30pm. Got severely ill around 1:30 AM with vomiting and sever diarrhea. It is now 7:15am on 2/20/19 and I still cannot keep anything down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a salad with brown rice, pinto beans, chicken, and cheese at 11:40 am on Monday, February 11th. At approximately 8:30 pm that night became violently ill - stomach cramps, diarrhea, extreme vomiting.
