I had a chicken bowl with no beans, white rice, lettuce, salsa , sour cream and cheese and chips. Roughly 8 hrs after eating I awoke extremely nasueas and sick. Unable to keep anything down including water went to Emergency room and diagnosed with food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I had Chipotle on April 2nd 2018 at the Alhambra location on Main St. I had a Sofritas bowl which is the tofu option with black beans, white rice, lettuce, onions and bell peppers. I hadn't eaten anything else after that and later on in the evening… See more

Got a burrito bowl wit white rice, chicken, corn and cheese and woke up 6 hours later violently ill. I got white rice and my wife got brown - she was fine. I am still throwing up almost 4 hours after starting to be ill.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
