On Monday 9/26 I ate a sofritas bowl at the Chipotle in Chula Vista on Hst. I had diarrhea that night and the following day. I thought something else made me sick so I ate chipotle again 9/29 at Camino de la Reina Chipotle and again I got diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Ate lunch at Chipotle; veggie burrito with brown rice, black beans, guacamole, cheese and sour cream. 40 minutes later, violent vomiting at work. Still at work. Uninsured.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I had chicken tacos around 830 went to bed about an hour later. Woke up at 4am feeling dizzy and nauseous. I then had several bouts of diarrhea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Diarrhea
