I was hike for about 2 hours when severe stomach pain was felt I had severe diarrhea and had to run to the bathroom 4 times I noticed somthing werid on the cheeseburgers like werid holes. I went with a friend and we got the same thing and she was experiencing the same symptoms  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain

Got a Georgia mud fudge medium blizzard around 8:20 pm 6Feb2017. An hour later felt very nauseated. When I got home I still felt like I was going to throw up. I got diarrhea through the the night and at 10:45 I projectile vomited 5 times. It's now 3:30 am on 7Feb2017 and I am still having diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

On Monday, 01/23/17 at 1:30pm picked up a crispy chicken salad w ranch dressing. Right after I ate it I got heartburn. Shortly after nausea, diarrhea. Today is Tuesday, 1-24-17. Still sick. Can't eat n I'm throwing up nothing. Slight headache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Heartburn

Went to a convention downtown. Walked here for lunch. Ordered a burrito around 1:30 pm on Saturday January 14. Ate burrito around 2:00pm started feeling sick and threw it up around 6.
