Thursday April 7, 8am. I bought one dozen donuts and munchkins. I ate one donut and 2 munchkins. By 10am I was extremely nauseous. By 2pm I had diareah and vomiting by 4pm. At least one other coworker experienced the same symptoms  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Lady grabbed my muffin with the wax paper but then switched hands and flipped the wax paper. She wasn't paying attention.

Ate the muffin and within a few hours I had bad stomach pains. It was the only items which I ate that my partner did not and she had no issues.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
