My 10 year d son Ate nuggets and fries at 930pm puked at 4am- bad cramps with fever- then the worst smelling bowl movement around 9am- followed by more fever cramps and bile puke until about noon. Took two days to recover from the tainted nuggets  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bile
