At 8 am I got egg McMuffin, nothing else.
I should have realized something was wrong because it was not warm the, muffins not very toasted if at all. By 1:30 I experienced diarrhea, nausea , stomach gurgling, stomach burning. I missed work the next day still… See more

Ordered a McChicken menu 2 days ago, the burger looked normal just tasted a bit strange and different. I was had my first of their food in over 15years, tried the vegan burger with fries and a McFlurry. Within 48 hours I’ve got intense nausea, close to throwing up several times but trying not too. I have otherwise only eaten home made food this week and nothing unusual.  | Symptoms: Nausea

My 7 year old woke up this morning projectile vomiting and having diarrhea after eating at this place happy meal last night. It was a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal with French fries and a sweet tea to drink. He has vomiting and diarrhea this morning.
