Ate a medium spice chicken meal on Mon 16/01/23. Had stomach ache first thing the next morning, which developed into diarrhoea, nausea and a massive headache. Still suffering today (18/01/23).  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache, Stomach Pain
