I ordered chicken noodle soup and perhaps it was when they first opened and the soup wasn't fresh. I had such bad stomach pains and diarrhea all night into the following day. Maybe the soup was a day old or not hot enough. But I thought I was going to die.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I ate the sandwich then I ate the cookie they gave us but I don’t know which location the food came from. After eating, my stomach started cramping and then started pooping then when I got home I had diarrhea this was very serious IDK if it was the cookie or the sandwich but something made me sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

I got the new broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese and the new bbq chicken sandwich for dinner. It’s now 1am and I have been on the toilet for the past hour with the most painful stomach cramps and diarrhea that is almost 100% liquid and it burns terribly. I ordered the new Chipotle bacon and cheese with French onion soup. 15 minutes after eating I have sever abdominal cramps, watery diarreah and chills. I know it wasn't the soup as my husband ate that too and is feeling fine.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Chills
