I ate the Mac and cheese, piece of baguette, and a tiny bit of a tuna salad sandwich at the named Panera bread at 12:30 pm 7/7/18. Ate panera at work grilled chicken Cesar salad and like a garlic dressing on Monday had diarrhea Monday night. Didnt think anything of it. Ate the same thing Tuesday and have had bad diarrhea starting about an hour after I ate and it's going on 6 hours later  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
