Ordered the New Yorker pizza w/ pepperoni. I also ordered a side salad w/ ceaer dressing. It was all I ate that day.. Within 12 hours I was vomiting and had severe diarrhea for 48 hours. I literally vomited so much that I had dry heaves..  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
