We ordered the cold cut combo and a Philly cheesesteak sandwich from the store connected to the Exon mobile station.

The cold cut combo sandwich gave my wife food poisoning. She was feeling awful for 48 hours and found not keep any food in.

I have been going to a restaurant for about a week and every time I go and eat the same sandwich, I instantly have to use the restroom. I’ve tried to change one of the veggies. Date of Food Purchase: 17/01/23 at approx 20:00

I purchased a six-inch Pizza Sub. The next day, I was nauseous, vomiting and had explosive diarrhoea.
I vomited aprroximately 10 times, with many more incidences of dry-retching throughout the day.
