Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: Tuna Sandwich
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several days
Sick: Me
Additional information: Intense food poising after eating a tuna Sandwich. Lasted 4 days and had to go to hospital.
