Suspected source: I ate a cheese Canadian with halapanio sauce and a baha blast...am I ok??(I have health anxiety.)

Ordered a chicken quesadilla and a grilled cheese beef burrito on my lunch at work around 5pm at around 4am I woke up violently throwing up and diarrhea I've now had to take 2 days off of work  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
