We purchased ground turkey and a spaghetti squash from Trader Joe's. We had the turkey in the freezer for no more than a couple of weeks. We made turkey meatballs, a recipe we have made a million times. We both became ill overnight.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Anchovies. Violent vomiting, headache, sharting, fever, nausea, etc. My son got sick around the same time. Within a couple of hours after eating them. We hadn’t eaten anything after the anchovies.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
