Ordered breaded chicken hoagie with bacon and provolone. 3-4 hours after eating had THE WORST VIOLENT AND EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA AND VOMITING i have ever had in my life. Got eggs, with salsa & siracha at 9:30am. Made it til about 1pm and started with diarrhea then projectile vomiting undigested eggs. This has been going on since Friday, (it’s now Sunday).  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
