I ate Taylor Farms Shredded Iceberg Thoroughly Washed in a wrap. All the other items in the wrap I previously ate and felt fine. I put this lettuce in my wraps and in each instance I had diarrhea about 6 hours later.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Last Wednesday I ate the dark chocolate covered cookies that are made in house found in the bakery dept. I was sick with diarrhea until Wednesday 1/6/21. I just had a bit of one again & 30 minutes later felt ill. Now I know for sure it was the cookies that got me sick. It happened on 12/30/20-1/6/21  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Jan 6, 2021. Purchased their precut salmon. Both my husband and son ate it. They both became violently ill with vomiting several hours after eating it. Called the store but they were not very responsive. Won't be buying anymore fish from them.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

We ordered their premium crab cakes for new years and got violently ill until yesterday the fourth of jan. Tried calling mgr to no avail as they haven’t answered that dept call for 2 days.
Never again stay away from there. They are not what they were.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
