在圣路易斯 Galleria 购物中心内的 Five Guys 吃过午餐。我有热狗、普通薯条和苏打水。回到办公室不到一个小时，我就病得了暴力。太晕了，我不得不被同事开车回家。我整夜都在呕吐多次，在厕所里露营，头疼得很厉害。今天早上还是头晕而且胃痛。我现在正在尝试重新使用固体食物。我很长一段时间都不会回去了。

I ate a Mexican pizza and it taste funny so I took it back inside and asked them to remake it without beans and it still smelled and tasted weird. I had them to keep the pizza. Later that night I started vomiting all over the place. I only ate taco bell that day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ordered panera bread yesterday (May 31, 2018) ordered broccoli cheddar soup and turkey avocado sandwich. A friend of mine ordered a fuji apple and a turkey Bravo. We have both been in pain and sick since then! It had to be the turkey since that was the common factor!  | 症状: 腹泻

Salad with egg, avocado & chicken
No green goddess dressing

Cramping and fatigue started almost 24 hrs later

I ate Taco Bell the night of October 28. The next day, I had nausea, a fever, and was vomiting. I had to take an exam (which I ended up getting around a 50% on) where I left every few minutes to go vomit in a trashcan… 更多
