我在星期二晚上 8 点左右吃了小鸡菲尔制成的 Cobb 沙拉！我星期三早上 6 点半左右醒来时胃痛非常严重，然后开始每 20-30 分钟呕吐一次，整天都有腹泻！剩下的时间里我很虚弱，非常痛苦！我不知道送给我的是生菜还是鸡肉。

August 31st - chopped chicken salad with spinach, pickles, tomatoes, and black olives. Ate it for dinner. Saturday morning woke up not feeling well, and then started having all the other symptoms noted here. I am still not feeling up to par completely.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我相信我被茶中毒了。我和一个没生病也没喝茶的朋友一起吃饭。我们一走出餐厅，我就头晕了，无法步行到车上，然后病得很厉害，大量呕吐，大量出汗，视力扭曲，困惑等等。我在网上寻找是否有人在 8 月 31 日星期五报告过这样的经历
