2019 年 2 月 6 日星期四下午 5 点 30 分至 7 点 30 分，我在这家餐厅共进晚餐。我点了一个牛肉卷饼，里面有黑豆和黄米饭。第二天凌晨 4 点左右我醒来时感到恶心、急剧的胃痉挛、呕吐和腹泻。我呕吐得太多，以至于因为脱水不得不去医院。
