Had a house salad and country fried sirloin with brown gravy and mashed potatoes with brown gravy. This is the 2nd time within a 2 week period that I ate the same thing from the same location and got sick with stomach cramps, nausea, diarrhea, and headache.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋, 头痛

Big Mac and fries . Dr said today fpoisoning more likely than flu, 6 hours after eating. Vomiting lasted 48 hours. Couldn't even hold down water 1st 48 hours. Unable to tolerate solid food until Thurs after Sunday Dec 1 sickness  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
